The BlueRockTEL Platform
BlueRockTEL is a Business Support System (BSS) designed for telecom operators and cloud service resellers. It replaces the fragmented collection of tools — spreadsheets, generic CRMs, separate billing software, email for support — with a single integrated platform where data flows naturally from one module to the next.
The Six Modules
The platform is composed of six purpose-built modules. You can activate them individually or as a complete suite.

How the Modules Connect
The power of BlueRockTEL is in the connections between modules. A closed deal in the CRM automatically creates a project in Deployments. When the project goes live, Billing activates the subscription from the correct date. A missed payment triggers the Debt Recovery workflow. A resolved support ticket prompts a Customer Satisfaction survey.
You don't configure these integrations — they are built in.
