Getting Started

How to access your BlueRockTEL instance, configure your organisation settings, and invite your first team members.

Accessing Your Instance

BlueRockTEL is a web application. Your instance is accessible at the URL provided during onboarding (typically https://yourcompany.bluerocktel.com).

First login: Use the credentials sent to you by the BlueRockTEL team. You will be prompted to change your password on first login.

Configuring Your Organisation

Before inviting users or importing data, configure your organisation settings:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Organisation
  2. Fill in your company name, address, and VAT number — these appear on all invoices
  3. Upload your logo (PNG or SVG, square format recommended)
  4. Set your default currency and timezone

Invoice Settings

Under Settings → Billing, configure:

  • Invoice prefix — e.g. INV-2025- (followed by a sequential number)
  • Payment terms — default number of days before invoice is due (typically 30)
  • Invoice footer text — bank details, legal mentions, or any custom message

Inviting Team Members

  1. Navigate to Settings → Users
  2. Click Invite user
  3. Enter their email address and select a role:
    • Administrator — full access to all modules and settings
    • Sales — access to CRM and Deployments only
    • Billing — access to Billing and Debt Recovery
    • Support — access to Helpdesk and Customer Satisfaction
  4. The invited user receives an email with a link to set their password

Importing Existing Data

If you are migrating from another system, BlueRockTEL supports CSV import for:

  • Customers — company name, address, contacts, and billing details
  • Services — active subscription list with start dates and rates
